We understand the
importance of the taste and quality of food in creating a memorable
event. Our Executive Chef Tom Micco
personally selects all of the ingredients for each of his great variety of
menu items. Over the last 8years, Tom has prepared all of his own dishes with
a personal touch of excellence for your events, and the feedback has been
overwhelming. We encourage you to
speak to anyone who may have had a chance to sample his food for an
opinion. To help those who
may have not yet been so fortunate to sample his culinary creations
themselves, St Denis Party Center offers twice yearly food tastings where you
can have the opportunity to sample Tom’s quality ingredients and gourmet
recipes first hand. We will feature
our most popular and asked about entrée selections, as well as
accompaniments, desserts and a complimentary glass of our house wine. Also, for your
dining entertainment, Billy J Disc Jockeys will be there to take any musical
requests, and often other vendors may attend as well. This is a great opportunity to get ideas
whether you are just starting to plan, or working on finishing details for
your event. Food tastings are
open to the entire public with reservations strongly suggested. These lovely events are free to prospective brides and
grooms. Other guests pay $12 per
person for a full sampling of many of Tom’s favorite recipes. Currently
scheduled food tastings are: Friday,
