Halina Works Closely with Owner Bill Griesmer |
In addition to the exciting new facility, St.
Denis Party Center is proud of its people, and foremost of these is General
Manager, Halina Zatorscke. Halina is both customer service and detail
oriented, plus she has strong management skills. It was the combination of
this experience and her culinary expertise that won her this position. According to owner, Bill Griesmer, “We run a
quality operation at St. Denis, and we needed a top notch caring person in
charge of our latest venture. Halina brings a lot to the table, and we are
thrilled to have a manager of her caliber here.” |

According to Halina, “Everything at St. Denis Party Center is first
class—the elegant décor, the spectacular view, the menu, all the way down to
the smallest of details. The Party Center simply continues the St. Denis
tradition of excellence.” Our customers have taken note of Halina’s attitude and work ethic. At a
recent event, a very happy customer called to compliment the owners on how
well the event turned out, and also commented that Halina never stopped
working throughout the entire evening. That type of feedback is not unusual—we

executive chef has joined the St. Denis family. Our Executive Chef, Tom Micco, has been involved in the restaurant and
catering business for over 28 years. He has been associated with a variety of
well-known restaurants in the greater Cleveland area, including a tenure as
