This section provides information about booking an event at St. Denis Party Center. In addition, feel free to call us at any time with questions — we are happy to help! 

 

Pricing

Many who have toured the elegant facilities at St. Denis Party Center have assumed that our pricing would not fit their budget—they were happy to find out they were incorrect! We have a wide range of menu offerings suitable for almost any budget. And we control our costs so that you will have no surprises. At St. Denis Party Center, the bottom line is value. Guarantee

A guaranteed number of guests will be required no later than seven (7) days preceding the function. No allowance will be made for any decrease in the number of persons guaranteed. 

§  Please note that a minimum of 40 guests is required for service in the Party Center up and down.

§  PC/UP Room Fee:  In addition to Golf Event Menu prices, a *$150 fee for less than 100 attendees; *$250 for more than 100 attendees.

 

Deposits and Billing

In order to ensure your reservation for general events, we require a minimum deposit of $300-$500.  For Wedding events, a $500 deposit is required and applied towards the total amount due.  For lower Party Center events (golf outings, etc.), a $300 deposit is required.

 

§  Your deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

§  All prices are subject to a minimum number of guests (40).

§  Total payments must be made on the day of your function unless other arrangements have been made.  We accept cash, Visa, Discover, Master Card (2% service fee will be assessed), personal and company checks.

§  Your deposit may be returned in the event of cancellation,  only if said date is re-booked.

§  Children 10 years of age and under are half-price.

§  There is an 18% Service Charge on all menus and Ohio Sales Tax when applicable.

§  If your organization is tax exempt, please supply us with your tax-exempt number at the time of deposit.

 

Food and Beverage Policy

We do not allow any outside food or beverage (State Licensed for liquor), with the exception of a wedding cake. If there should be any special dietary needs, please inform the Banquet Manager at the time of confirmation, with a required count.

 

All meals include coffee, tea, and water.  A charge of $2 pp is added if requesting an open beverage bar for the 3 - 5 hour time period of said events.

 

Liquor Policy

St. Denis will provide all beer, wine and liquor (thus complying with State Liquor Law). No alcohol is to be brought in.  All functions are subject to Ohio State Liquor Laws.  No Sunday liquor sales prior to 1pm.  Beer & wine service is permitted without time restrictions.

 

Facility Damage

You will be charged for any damage that occurs during your event, such as substantial breakage, theft or facility damage.

 

Security

A security guard will be required during large evening events of 100 or more people for a 4-5 hour period, if alcohol is being served, for a $125.00 fee.
