St. Denis Party
Center, a wholly owned subsidiary of St. Denis Golf Course Inc., is a newly opened
party and banquet facility located in Chardon, Ohio. St. Denis Golf Course is
a family owned business founded by Scotty and Mary Ann Foecking in 1968. St.
Denis Golf Course continues to operate under the management of their son,
Bill Griesmer. Since the very beginning, St. Denis has been committed to
providing the highest quality services to its valued customers, and this
tradition continues through the new business, St. Denis Party Center. |

Opened in the
summer of 2000, St. Denis new facility was built on the grounds of St. Denis
Golf Course. The beautiful white brick building is surrounded by windows on
three sides, showcasing a golf course view that is spectacular in any season.
The Center’s
elegant and spacious banquet room will accommodate events of a variety of
sizes, from small luncheon groups to large events. Special attention was given in
keeping the stylish décor as a touch of simple elegance, thus offering a
gorgeous backdrop for any special event. |

Center offers a wide variety of menu choices at all price levels, but
customizing is our specialty. Our executive chef is available for
consultation to assist in any off-menu requests. In addition to the
exciting new facility, St. Denis Party Center is proud of its people, and
foremost of these is General Manager, Halina Zatorscke.
Halina is customer service oriented and has strong management skills. It was
the combination of this experience and her culinary expertise that won her
this position. According to owner, Bill Griesmer, “We run a quality operation
at St. Denis, and we needed a top notch person in charge of our latest
venture. Halina brings a lot to the table, and we are thrilled to have a
manager of her caliber here.” While most area golf
courses that have party centers utilize catering rather than hiring a full
time chef, St. Denis is proud to announce that Tom Micco,
renowned local executive chef, has joined the St. Denis Party Center family.
Tom has been catering for over 28 years in this area. He began his career
working for his family at the renowned Fowlers Mill Restaurant, which his
father built and owned. He later moved on to Thistledown Racetrack where he
held the prestigious position of Executive Chef for six years. Having Tom as
the key ingredient has completed our menu! |
